Application: What is the purpose of prophecy?

1) It reveals God’s Sovereignty. 

2) It calls God’s people to repentance and faithfulness. 

3) It highlights a Christ-centered fulfillment of all things.

4) It fuels encouragement & hope in a fallen world.

5) It fuels sanctification.

6) It validates God’s Word.

7) It declares both judgment and salvation.

Conclusion: Prophecy is not a crystal ball but a means of grace!
